Warranty repair? If your appliance is under manufacturer or extended warranty, please submit the request through the manufacturer or warranty company first — we’ll contact you to arrange service once we’ve received the warranty authority.

How quickly can you respond to my service request?

Our business hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday. We respond to service requests as soon as possible — generally within 4 hours. If your enquiry is urgent, please call us on (02) 4288 2824.

What about manufacturer or extended warranty service?

Please contact your appliance manufacturer or extended warranty company to submit your repair request — our staff will contact you to arrange service once we have received the warranty authority. Please refer to your warranty terms and conditions: out-of-warranty charges will apply if the fault is not a manufacturing issue.

When will the technician attend?

On the afternoon before your scheduled service day, our technician will send you an SMS with the expected timeframe. If you do not have a mobile, please call us on (02) 4288 2824 to confirm the approximate timeframe.
