The diagnostic is $129 close in across the Illawarra, or $169 further out. It covers the visit, the travel and finding the real fault. If you go ahead, the diagnostic is the first line of your repair price: you’ve already paid it, so you only pay the balance. You never pay it twice.
3. You hear the price first
You get the exact repair price before any work starts. If a part has to be ordered, we quote you first. There’s no second call-out fee, and the $129 you’ve already paid counts toward your total. Backed by a 12-month labour warranty.

Snap Repairs is a manufacturer-authorised repairer for Fisher & Paykel, Haier and Asko specifically, which means genuine parts and manufacturer-standard repairs on those three brands. Do you repair ovens or cooktops?
No. We specialise in washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and fridges, and we don’t repair ovens, cooktops, rangehoods, microwaves or air conditioners. Sticking to the four appliances we know best is why we can usually fix them on the spot.
What payments do you accept?
We accept card and cash, and our technicians take payment on the spot once the job’s done — no invoices to chase and no bank-transfer hassle. You pay when the work is finished, and because we quote before any parts work goes ahead, the amount is never a surprise.

If you decide not to go ahead, you’ve paid for a proper diagnosis and a written quote that stands for 30 days. Nothing more.
How long will it take to fix my appliance?
Most repairs are done in a single visit. We carry the parts that fail most often, so a lot of faults are sorted on the spot. If your model needs a less common part ordered in, we’ll give you a fixed quote first and book a return visit as soon as it lands — with no second call-out fee.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes. We back our labour with a 12-month warranty and parts with a 3-month warranty. If anything goes wrong with the repair within the warranty period, we’ll come back and put it right at no charge.
