The machines lean heavily on electronic control, so alongside the usual cooling and drain faults we see sensor and control-board faults that need testing properly rather than guessing. Parts don't cost much, so for the common faults a repair is usually the sensible call. We quote any part before ordering it and fit genuine or genuine-grade parts matched to the model number.
The Hisense machines we see most are fridges, bottom-mount and French-door, then front and top loaders in rentals and newer units, and more recently dryers, most of them only a few years old.

Common Hisense faults we see
- Fridge not cooling or freezer icing — Evaporator-fan, defrost-heater and thermostat faults are the common Hisense fridge issues, showing as a warm fridge or ice on the back panel. We test the defrost circuit and airflow to find the real cause.
- Fridge running constantly or noisy — A struggling fan motor, dusty condenser coils or a defrost fault can make a Hisense fridge run non-stop. We assess it before you consider replacing the whole unit.
- Washing machine won't drain or fill — Drain-pump blockages and inlet-valve faults are the routine Hisense washer service items, usually a same-visit fix once diagnosed.

Diagnostic $129 close in, $169 further out, then a fixed tier: Minor $139 (no part), Standard $209 (one part), Major $299 (stripped down), Complex $459 (full teardown). Usual Hisense jobs are Standard plus the part: a fridge fan, defrost heater or sensor, a washer pump or valve.
A dryer with no heat is usually a blocked filter or condenser and a tripped thermostat, a Minor job. A compressor fault we refer on. Parts are genuine or genuine-grade, quoted first.

Hisense fault codes we are asked about
My Hisense fridge shows a code or a flashing light. What is it?
Hisense fridge codes are model-specific, so we don’t publish a list. Note exactly what the display shows or which light flashes, plus the model number from the plate inside the fridge, and tell us when you book. Most point to a fan, defrost or sensor fault, a Standard repair plus the part.
My Hisense washer stops with an error. What is it likely to be?
Usually drain, fill or door. Check the pump filter and both taps first. If the code comes back, note the exact code and the model number and tell us when you book; we check it against the service data before we arrive and bring the likely part.
Is a Hisense worth repairing when it faults?
For fan, defrost, sensor, drain and door faults, yes: a Standard repair plus a part that does not cost much. A control board on an older machine, or a compressor fault on a fridge, we price against a new one and say so. Note the exact code when you book.

Can you fix a Hisense that's stuck showing an error or won't respond?
Yes. On these electronically controlled models we test the control board and sensors to pin the fault, rather than replacing the board on a hunch.
Do you do Hisense warranty repairs?
We are not authorised for Hisense, so manufacturer warranty work goes through Hisense or your extended-warranty company; lodge the claim with them first. Out of warranty, we repair Hisense as an independent, manufacturer-trained repairer at our normal fixed prices, and our own 12-month labour warranty covers the work.
Do you do regas or compressor work on a Hisense fridge?
No. Sealed-system work is specialist refrigeration work that runs past a thousand dollars, so on a fridge of this price we usually advise replacing it, or refer you to a refrigeration specialist we trust if you want to keep it. Fans, defrost parts, sensors and seals we repair ourselves.
