Genuine appliance spare parts
Need a part? We supply genuine and genuine-grade spare parts for washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and fridges from all the major brands. Request a spare part and we’ll source it for you — or, if the appliance needs a hand as well, book a repair and we’ll bring the part with us.
Genuine vs genuine-grade — what we fit and why
A genuine part comes from the appliance’s manufacturer, made to the same specification as the one being replaced. A genuine-grade part is made by the same OEM factories that supply the manufacturers, without the brand packaging — same fit, same function, usually a better price. We quote you the option that makes sense for the repair: on newer machines and anything under manufacturer warranty we fit genuine; on older appliances a genuine-grade pump or element can be the difference between a repair that stacks up and one that doesn’t.
What we won’t fit is the third category — unbranded generic parts of unknown origin. A $15 drain pump that fails in six months costs you a second call-out; that’s a false economy we don’t sell.
The parts we replace most
Drain pumps, door seals and bellows, door locks and interlocks, heating elements, thermostats, inlet valves, drive belts, carbon brushes, lint filters, fridge door gaskets, evaporator fans and defrost heaters — the working parts that wear first on washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and fridges.
How a parts request works
Send us the details — appliance, brand, and the model number off the rating plate (usually inside the door or on the back). Add the part number if you have it and we’ll match it exactly. We come back to you with availability and a firm price before anything is ordered. Common parts for the big brands are often available within days; obscure or discontinued parts we’ll tell you straight if they’re not worth chasing.
Every part we fit during a repair is covered by our 3-month parts warranty, alongside the 12-month warranty on our labour. As a manufacturer-authorised repairer for Fisher & Paykel, Haier and Asko we source their parts through authorised channels, and we fit parts for every major brand — Bosch, Samsung, LG, Miele, Electrolux, Westinghouse, Simpson and more.
Not sure whether the part or the whole appliance is the problem? That’s literally our job — book a repair and we’ll diagnose it properly, or read our guide to repairing vs replacing first.
Spare parts FAQs
Can I fit the spare part myself?
Some parts are genuinely DIY — lint filters, dishwasher baskets, fridge door shelves. Anything electrical (elements, thermostats, pumps, control boards) or anything sealed should be fitted by a technician: appliances hold mains voltage in places people don’t expect, and a mis-fitted seal or pump usually leaks. If we fit the part, it’s covered by our 3-month parts and 12-month labour warranty; if you fit it yourself, the part alone carries the supplier warranty.
Where do I find my appliance’s model number?
On the rating plate — a sticker or metal plate usually inside the door frame of a washing machine or dishwasher, behind the kick panel or inside the fridge compartment, or on the back of a dryer. Photograph it and send the photo with your request; it’s the fastest way for us to match the exact part.
How long do spare parts take to arrive?
Common parts for the major brands — pumps, seals, elements — are typically available within a few days. Genuine parts ordered through manufacturer channels can take a week or two. Discontinued or obscure parts we’ll chase once and then give you a straight answer about whether they’re findable.
